This is a spell to help someone who is ill or suffering in some manner. In this case, the hair will be surrounded by objects bearing healing energy, thus causing hte owner of the hair to be enveloped by healing influences as well.
You will need:
Find a quit spot to cast your spell. Hold the piece of hair in your hand and visualize the person it belongs to. Imagine them fully cured, happy, and healthy. Place the hair into the bottle.
The next step uses the tree oil and the cotton balls. Tea tree oil is known for ots purifying properties and, in this case, signifies the cleansing of illness or unwanted forces. The cotton balls represent a soft and gentle energy that will surround the person while they heal. Put a drop of tea tree oil on each cotton ball, and put them in the jar. Imagine the person in question surrounded by softness, comfort, and nurturance while recovering.
Take the dried jasmine and inhale its scent. Imagine it glowing with a restful light blue aura. Place it in the jar. Repeat this with the other herbs, filling the jar or bottle. Place the quartz crystal on the top of the herbs to amplify the power of hte other ingredients, and hten put the lid on tightly.
Now the hair is surrounded by softness, cleansing energy, and herbs with healing vibrations. Because this is sympathetic or imitative magick, the person you are doing the spell for is also surrounded by thse benevolent forces.
Keep the healing bottle in a warm, sunny spot. Each day, hold hte bottle and spend osme time visualizing the person in perfect health. Continue to do this until they improve.
Remember to combine this spell with appropriate medical care.
Justice work differs from restoration but sometimes needs restoration spells beforehand to succeed. This spell restores the social structure that allows justice. It takes 3 to 7 days of spell sessions at a minimum because it requires contact with an assisting spirit.
Only perform this working outside with adequate tools for putting out fires.
First, establish a relationship with the spirit whose help you desire. Don’t switch being immediately if you don’t feel like you got a response. Sometimes you have to let the entity turn you away a few times to prove that you’re serious.
Open interaction by establishing a small altar, preferably outside near your grill. Give an offering appropriate to your chosen spirit. During this time, present a written petition asking for help in creating conditions that allow a path for the return of justice. Take the time to read it out loud, if possible. Much of this particular spell relies on the ancient Egyptian belief that smoke raised prayers and messages to teh deiteis. Burn incense. Talk. Some may succum to the temptation to burn a history book as a means of offering context.
Sit in front of the altar once a day. During these sessions, speak out loud, explaining what happened to undermine justice. Provide an offering to ehs pirit, speak its name and a prayer, and then assemble the petition, the bay leaves (for justice), and the resin incense (to repair gaps) on the gril and burn to ash. Allow to burn out, and then pour a liquid offering of thanks to your deity or spirit.
Allow 24 hours to elapse, and then commense with any justice work.
If your neighborhood has had frequent disturbances, this spell restores equanimity in the community. Gather the materials for the candle spell to restore peace to a home.
Grab a marker. On the candle, write the name of the major intersections in your neighborhood. Add a little dirt from those cross streets, leaving a penny at each crossroads as payment for the energies. When the candle burns down completely, throw out the candle glass and reserve the water. Sprinkle the water in front of trouble spots and at the crossroads named on the candle.
Now that you have a consecrated tool, you can use it to help focus and direct your energy when charging objects. Select an object you wish to carry for protection. Some stones that work well for this are black tourmaline, black obsidian, tiger’s eye and clear quartz.
Cleanse the stone by letting it soak in the bowl of blesse water for a few minutes. You can also expose to moonlight or sunlight* for an hour to cleanse it prior to your ritual. Focus your energy with the same visualization as you used to consecrate your tool. Hold your wand or athame and draw energy up from the earth, through the tool, and into the stone. Notice how the tool really helps channel your power! While visualizing and projecting your energy, you may wish to say Words of Power or vocalize an affirmation such as:
"Three time three I charge thee, to protect from harm to sento me."
The color of some stones such as amehtyst, rose quartz, ruby, and aventurine may fade in sunlight. These are best cleansed in running water, moonlight, or censing. Minerals like calcite and selenite may be damaged by water and are best cleansed by censing and moonlight.
Clear quartz gets a powerful charge from sunlight, but use caution when sunning spheres, eggs, and other quartz with curved shapes as these are especially good at magnifying sunlight and starting fires.
Sometimes after you cleanse the home and establish wards, it still feels frayed. Whiel some peace only happens after repairing relationships, restting hte ambient vibe to mellow can help.
Rub a small amount of restoration oil on the wick of the candle and place it in the bowl. Fill the bowl with 1 of water for fire safety. Add the orange peel, cinnamon, and vanilla to the water. Light the candle, adn if appropriate to your spirituality, request Psyche, arcangel Gabriel, or an ancestor you have a relationshipo with to expand peace through the house. Imagine that energy evaporating from the bowl of water. Burn the candle for 1 hour a day until the wax is completely gone.
On the evening of a waning Moon, face west with both of the candles in front of you. As you light the blue candle, say these words:
I light the blue for the presence of helpful feminine energy.
Picture cleansing water flowing underground, away from you, through brooks and streams and rivers and into oceans adn seas. As the water flows it carries away debris and waste.
Light the black candle and say,
I call upon the waning powers of the Moon, who rules these cleansing flowing waters, to banish the thing I shall not name.
As you say these words, visualize the thing you wish to banish as a dark blob with a feeling attached to it, but nameless and unformed.
Cut the apple in half horizontally so that its inner pentagram is revealed. Rub the lower half inside with the mint leaf while visualizing the dark blob. Put the two halves of the apple back together with teh mint leaf between them and fasten them together securely with the wooden sewer, then wrap it up with the black cord or ribbon. Blow out the black candle and cry out,
So mote it be!
Gently extinguish the blue candle and give it thanks.
Bury the apple immediately, not on your property or anywhere you normally pass by. As the apple rots away underground, sho shall your problem diminish and disappear.
First, take a ritual bath to clear random energies. After you dry, before you dress, anoint the crown of your head, your lips, your heart, the back of each hand, your belly, and the arch of each foot with restoration oil. When finished, stand with your legs and arms apart, Vitruvian-man style. Invite the Suna nd stars to enter you until, in your mind’s eye, you see yourself glowing from the inside out.
When you feel filled with that light, pick up the lock and chain. Wrap the chain around your nondominant hand. Slip the lock through the chaina nd snap shut. Wear the charm for a week to signify locking in that glowing repair. At the end of the week, unlock it and save it for future reinforcements of this spell.
Soak rose leaves, rosemary, chaparral, rhodiola root, and ginger in a jar of olive oil for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, strain the herbs, and discoard, reserving the oil. Use the elixir to anoint spell tools such as candles and your body. You can also add a few drops to your shampoo if you want cumulative results.
Try a gratitude ritual to help you achieve happiness, well-being, optimism, increased energy, mental balance, better tolerance, reduced frustration, and increased self-confidence. This spell works through both valid psychological techniques and magical principles. Give it a shot, you’ll be grateful.
Timing Your Spell: For this spell you will be creating a powerfully charged talisman you can carry with you. Begin your spell during the waxing moon such as on the day of the first quarter moon. Complete the spell on the full moon. The effects of this spell will be evient to most practitioners within just a couple of days, but continued focus of your will and intent for a t least a week can result in greater success.
Select a Talisman: You can use any object that is easily carried such as a stone, crystal, or piece of jewelry. The picture on the next page shows a few items to inspire you. The acron is a brass finial I nabbed from the top of a lamp afte rbeing inspired by an episode of Bewitched! I used the iron key from my mother’s oak dresser in the picture because it already triggered fond memories. Your favorite pentacle or trquetra necklace, a clear quartz crystal, a tumble-polished rose quartz, lapis lazuli, moonstone, or smooth landscaping rock will all do nicely. Once you have completed the spell, your talisman is imbued with power. Holding it will increase your happiness and energy and it can help you to put stressful situations into perspective for better problem-solving.
Charging Your Talisman: The directions for this working are shockingly simple. Every day, hold hte object you have chosen and focos on one day you are grateful for. Of course, you may repeat this exercise throughout the day whenever you think of something. If you carry the talisman in your pocket you can just touch it while you focus your intent. Close your eyes and feel the gratitude you have and send it through your hand into the talisman. Truly feel your thankfulness and gratitude. Don’t allow guilt or a sense of indebtedness creep into your thoughts or emotions. This isn’t about owing back, it’s about true appreciation, acknowledging and accepting.
You may speak Words of Power or a prayer of thanks to your chosen deities/deity at the end of your energy projection, but sometimes the deep sense of gratitude may overwhelm you to the point that there are no words to express it. You may just end the focusing session with “so mot it be” or an affirmation.
On the last day of your spell, think about how the energy of the full moon reflects the fullness of your gratitude. You may choose to leave your talisman out under hte energy of the full moon this night. It doesn’t matter if it is cloudy, the full moon will still imbue your talisman with energy. If you have selected an item that should not be left outdoors, just leave it on a windowsill or your altar.
Carry your talisman with you whenever you need a mental or spiritual lift. As the year progresses, you may wish to boost the energy of your talisman by repeating your focus during any moon phase. You might discover that making this a dailiy ritual can be very rewarding.
